Adiant Mobile, the country’s leading supplier of GPS monitoring solutions and personal emergency safety devices, is happy to announce that it has retained Lee Grossman as an advisor to the company. Lee will provide guidance and expertise to Adiant Mobile in its programs to serve the disability and aging communities.
Vincent Dispigno, President of Adiant Mobile, said “Lee is a great addition to the Adiant Mobile team. He has an excellent reputation in the disability community being a long-time leader and advocate. Lee is assisting us in messaging how our products allow the person wearing the device can achieve greater independence while providing a sense of security to the person’s loved ones.”
“I am very impressed with the Adiant Mobile Products,” Lee Grossman commented. “Because my son with autism used to wander and I have talked with hundreds of families whose children have eloped, I have a deep personal connection to this issue. The Adiant Mobile products are unique in that not only do they provide the families with a means to monitor the safety of the child, a program can be designed to allow the child to develop a greater sense of independence. We encourage the family to work with their child’s ABA provider, educator and/or interventionist, to plan an individualized program that allows the child to explore, learn and become more independent.”
Mr. Grossman is the past President and CEO of the Autism Society of America. He is a recognized international leader and advocates on disability issues as well as a successful medical industry executive. Grossman served for over 11 years on the Interagency Autism Coordinating Committee in addition to numerous other federal committees. In these roles, he has worked towards expanding the greatly needed services and interventions from various agencies, while continuing to advocate on behalf of individuals with disabilities and chronic medical conditions.
